growing up, i struggled with adhd, panic attacks, and feeling disconnected. meditation and sound healing completely changed my life.

after a near death experience in 2020, everything shifted. it inspired me to create the healing tracks i wish i’d had back then.

every healing soundtrack is created with intention to help you slow down, reconnect with your inner peace, and remember that everything you’ve been searching for has always been within you, never outside.
